Apply a layer to the dampen skin with a circular rubbing motion. Leave on for 2-3 minutes and rinse off thoroughly. For best results use 2 to 3 times per week.

Very gentle face scrub. I use this and the glow mask to get rid of sun burn. Works within 1-2 weeks on my skin.
